SMS data & the no-sell clause

Spradling Realty Group will not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through our SMS program stays with Spradling Realty Group and the service providers required to deliver the messages (for example, our messaging carrier). Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services, such as customer service or technical support, is permitted, but those subcontractors are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.

SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and this restriction applies regardless of any other provision in this Privacy Policy.

We retain contact records and conversation history for as long as you remain an active candidate or contact. If you opt out via STOP or ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from active systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or compliance purposes (for example, proof of SMS consent and opt-out).

  • Request a copy of the personal information we have about you
  • Request that we correct or delete your personal information
