SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern your enrollment in text messages from Spradling Realty Group (a real estate team at eXp Realty, operating as The Spradling Group). By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our booking form at joinspradling.com/schedule, you expressly consent to receive the text messages described below. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Program description

The Spradling Realty Group SMS program sends informational and recruiting text messages to real estate agents and aspiring agents who have opted in by scheduling a discovery call. Messages include:

  • Confirmations and reminders for your scheduled call
  • Calendar invites and rescheduling assistance
  • Information about available openings, Zillow Flex lead volume, and team opportunities
  • Follow-up messages from Myli, our recruiting assistant, or a Spradling Realty Group team member

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement. You can expect up to approximately 10 messages per month. Frequency may be higher during active scheduling or follow-up periods.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Spradling Realty Group does not charge you for messages, but standard carrier charges apply.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of STOP, we will send you one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from this program. To re-enroll, you must opt in again at joinspradling.com/schedule.

How to get help (HELP)

For assistance, reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact us at info@spradlingrealtygroup.com.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, Alltel, and most other U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and no-sell clause

Spradling Realty Group will not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through our SMS program stays with Spradling Realty Group and the service providers required to deliver the messages (e.g., our messaging carrier). Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services, such as customer service or technical support, is permitted. All other use or sharing of your information is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to opt in to this program. You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder for the phone number you provide.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
